Job Opportunity at the Mission Practice

The Mission Practice (208 Cambridge Heath Road) are looking for a part-time (8 hours initially) Wellbeing Linkworker / Social Prescriber to join their team.

Salary: £27.370 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 8 hpw (split over 2 days)
Duration: One-year fixed term initially

The Mission Practice has been serving patients in Bethnal Green since 1901 and have had a social prescribing service for over 11 years.
